CAREER OPPORTUNITY IN LUXURY RESORT
A luxury resort scheduled to open soon, caters to both leisure and business travelers and has 20 rooms and suites with Fine-Dine Restaurant, Bar, Banqueting facilities, in Room Dining & Swimming Pool. We are looking for highly motivated, self- driven and result oriented personnel for the positions listed below.
Hotel Manager
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of a hotel and its staff.
- Commercially accountable for budgeting and financial management and will need to plan, organize and direct all hotel services, including front-of-house (reception, concierge, and reservations), food and beverage operations and housekeeping.
- Hiring qualified personnel according to standards
- Organizing and coordinating operations to ensure maximum efficiency
- Supervising and evaluating staff

Qualification and Skills required:
- Experiences in hospitality Industries are ideal for this position.
- Have a natural passion to provide exceptional guest service with smile and courtesy.
- A service oriented team player and has the ability to perform independently.
- Show initiative and manage multi – tasking with effective communication skill.
