Action Nepal in partnership with DCA for SAHAS Project which aims to support agriculture, livestock and input support to improve living of communities is seeking candidates who demonstrates developed communication and influencing skills, excellent knowledge of area of work and increasingly contribute to team planning, proactively assumes more responsibility and/or more difficult areas of work in agreement with manager.

Working VDC: Jogimara

 Project Coordinator (PC) : 1 Position

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor Degree (Master Preferred) in Agricultural Science, Social science, or relevant field
• 3 Years experience in project cycle management and implementation of the project
• Demonstrated leadership and team building skills.
• Able to maintain cordial relationship with effective staff management.
• Abel to coordination with government’s district and local level stakeholdersMinimum Qualification
• Excellent in Microsoft office and Excel
• Experience on reporting in English & Nepali both language

Finance & procurement Officer (FPO): 1 Position

Minimum Qualification:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in management, commerce, or business administration,
• Minimum of two years of experience in Accounting, Finance sector of I/NGOs able to work flexible hours as needed and without constant
• Communication, Coordination and team building skills.
• Should have sound knowledge of tax and vat system
• Excellent in Microsoft office and Excel and other financing & accounting software.
• Proven on speaking in English

Junior Technical Assistant (JTA) : 1 Position

• Complete of Intermediate on agriculture (JTA in Agriculture)
• 3 Year project cycle management and implementation of the project
• Assist and work on community flexibly as needed and without constant
• Demonstrated leadership and team building skills.
• Good communication and report writing skill on both English and Nepali language
• Able to deal with farmer with proper coordination
• Ability to proper utilization of community to increase agricultural and livestock development
• Ability to represent on community level
• Good computer skill on MS Word MS Excel & MS PowerPoint

Social Mobilizer (SM) : 2 Position

Minimum Qualification

• Educational qualification +2 or equivalent
• Minimum 2 year experience on related field
• Ability to represent on community level
• Have communication and coordination both skill
• Group formation and management skill
• Able to prepared project progress reports
• Carry out other activities as assigned by the management team
