DHADING: A child died after getting stuck in a quicksand while swimming in Trishuli River at around 1 pm on Wednesday.

Sujan BK (9), son of Prem Kumar residing in Kalleri VDC-2, Dhading, had gone swimming with his friends after taking an exam at his school. He got stuck in the quicksand and died, unable to be rescued in time by the villagers.
