Rapid community wash recovery programme

DanChurchAid (DCA) a humanitarian organisation, in cooperation with its Action Nepal, Dhading, invite suppliers of the following goods and services to submit company and product information to the address mentioned below.

DCA and Action Nepal have formed a Procurement Committee, which from time to time will announce business opportunities and request proposals for the purchase of goods and services for the implementation of this project. Suppliers who have responded to this advertisement may be invited to participate in the procurement procedure for the relevant lot(s).

The materials are to be used for a Rapid community wash recovery programme project, an intervention supported by the DFID.

Goods and services needed:

Supplies:

• Office Furniture and Fixtures
• IT Equipment
• Digital Camera
• Construction Materials (Water schemes)
• Construction Materials (WASH) Vertical Pump and other material
• Local Material (Sand, stone, aggregate)
• Water Quality Test Kit
• Public audit Board Metallic
• Development and Printing of IEC materials based on SBCC

Services:

• Training Resource Person of Trainers (ToT) to Engineers/Overseers on construction management and quality control
• Hiring Resource Person for Basic care taker and maintenance training
• Hiring Consultant for Water Scheme Assessment
• Mapping of Water source and Scheme
• Hiring Resource person for public audit of Water Scheme
• Hiring Resource person for Menstrual hygiene management training to adolescent girls
• Hiring It Consultant do develop IMS

The interested supplier shall provide the following information to the Contracting Authority using the contact details below:

• Indicate which supplies or service you are interested in supplying.
• Prove Resource Person Training
• Trainers (ToT) to Engineers/Overseers on construction management and quality control ide the following information:
• the company’s name and contact details;
• contact person;
• brief description of the company’s background and main line of work including all legal documents of the supplier
• Experience with this kind of supply/service.
