Action Nepal is a non-government and not for profit organization registered in Dhading since 2000 with the District Administration Office. It is currently implementing number of development and humanitarian programmes and projects with financial and technical support from various funding partners such as Care, Concern Worldwide, DanChurchAid, International Medical Corps, Oxfam and World Vision. Water Supply Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) is one of the key themes that Action Nepal is engaged in the district.

Action Nepal is currently planning to drill a deep borehole in Ward no. 3 of Khari VDC (now Jwalamukhi Rural Municipality). The estimated depth is 200 meters. In this regard, Action Nepal calls for proposal from experienced consulting firm or individuals to undertake technical support for the implementation of the borehole. The assignment includes preparation of technical documents such as tender documents for the contractor, standby monitoring throughout the drilling process, ensuring the drilling work follows global and national compliances and standards, and preparation of a technical report.

The interested applicants are requested to submit a technical proposal ofnot more than three pages outlining previous experiences, CV of experts that will engage in the assignment along with financial proposal to Action Nepal on following address not later than 7^th April 2017. The application should mention “Proposal to provide Technical Support for Drilling Borehole”. The proposal can be submitted through email or at Action Nepal’s Office.
