1 killed‚ another critical in Dhading bus-tipper collision

Condition of injured tipper driver Nabin Magar of Baireni-7 is said to be critical. He has been rushed to Kathmandu for treatment.
DHADING: A person was killed and another seriously hurt in a road accident at Baireni-9 here along the Prithibi Highway this afternoon.
The accident occurred at around 4:15 pm when a Gorkha-bound passenger bus (Na 4 Kha 763) and sand-loaded tipper heading to the Capital collided head-on leaving a passenger dead.
Police identified the deceased as Ramkaji Thapa (40) of Gajuri-8, Dhading who died minutes after boarding the ill-fated bus.

Witness claimed that over-speeding at a narrow turn on the busy highway caused the fatal accident.
