Two students face proscription from exams for failing to pay fee

Kathmandu, March 15- Two students are in risk of being deprived of taking examinations set for March 24 after failing to submit due fees to their school.

Subash Poudel studying in grade 9 and Subarna Poudel of grade 6 of Alakapuri Boarding School located at Chandol of Bishalnagar will be proscribed from appearing in the examinations as they could not clear the due fees of the school.

The two students known to be outstanding in studies, but of an indigent background had been carrying out their study with the support from a non-governmental organization. The two students are now left helpless as the organization has withdrawn its helping hand. The students have also stopped attending regular classes from Sunday.

The students currently live in a ‘Shelter’ named organization run by model Khusbu Oli, and had been studying under fund provided by ‘Manav Kalyan Samuha’ headed by one Arpanraj Koirala
